Spoken Expressions

Ralph Norgaisse, owner and operator of Spoken Expressions, located next to Maurices at Salmon Run Mall, and his wife created the custom imprint shop in 2019, with a location on Fort Drum.  According to Ralph, “With the mall getting busy again and more people wanting to be a part of the mall, it was the next logical choice in the growth of business.”  So, a couple months ago, they took up occupancy in the former Coyote Moon space, and offer a larger imprint shop combined with a retail floor to their customers.

Spoken Expressions is unique in the way that customers can come in with a general idea they want imprinted or designed, and Spoken Expressions will work with you from start to finish.  Everything is done in-house, so nothing gets sent out, you control the design or image from start to finish, and many times your order can be done within hours (while you grab some lunch in the food court or do some shopping!)  The retail floor has the “blank canvas” in the form of in-stock hoodies, tees, bags of all sizes, wine bottles and totes, license plates, koozies, keychains, reverse canvas, mousepads, you name it.  You come in with the vision, and Spoken Expressions will make it happen.

When asked how the idea came about, Ralph said it all started when his wife had a Cricut and he was working at a furniture shop.  They both wanted to go into business for themselves one day.  They crunched some numbers, then the idea of Spoken Expressions was born.  Ralph’s one piece of business advice to anyone starting out is “Just do it!  If you wait, you’ll never make it happen.”
